Important changes to bookings from 2017 and for future events.
Due to a high number of last minute cancellations in 2016 we have been forced into changing the way we reserve team spaces to ensure we are able to raise as much as possible for Help for Heroes.
For the 2019 event all entries must be accompanied by a £100 non refundable deposit which is due at time of entry. Teams will only be listed upon receipt of the deposit.
Any deposits that are forfeit due to cancellation will be added to the final amount given to Help for Heroes.

17.00-17.30 Practice – The moment of truth – Are you a Lewis, Sebastian or A Sunday Driver
17.00-17.30 BID FOR POLE – It’s for charity so you can buy your way up the starting grid.
17.45-20.45 3hr race – This is it! Tactics, Tic Tacs and anything else that helps
21.00 Presentation, Auction, Raffle and a bucket for any loose change you may have
